The Paralympics to Take Over the Bastille on Saturday for the Paris Olympic Games

The first Paralympic day in Paris will be held at Place de la Bastille, from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. this Saturday. A hundred athletes met to animate this sports day. A large security system will be put in place by the Prefecture of Paris.

The public is invited to test fifteen Paralympic sports, to meet the athletes and to attend performances. Like that, for example, of the German Markus RehmParalympic champion (T64) in the long jump at the London 2012 Games and the Rio 2016 Games, who will attempt a new record. A jumping track will be installed on the square.

The day will end at 9 p.m. with music in the company of the producer electro-pop and DJ, World.
