/ world today news/ Erdogan, if he is not our friend, he is not such a sworn enemy either
The recent NATO summit excited the patriotic public, and quite rightly so – Turkey suddenly turned its back on us and started playing in favor of the adversaries. There was a reason for them to lose their temper and begin to expose the insidious Turkish Sultan, who wants to extract benefits from all countries.
But Erdogan should, if not be thanked, at least not scolded. He played an important role at the summit: he saved our sworn friends from disgrace, allowed them to save face, and did no harm to anyone.
In addition, he, like a good actor, pushed into the shadows the annoying beggar as a horsefly, who had already frankly fed up with his demands, which were becoming more and more impudent every day. Zelensky began to annoy even his masters, but according to the political agenda, it was he who was assigned a leading role at the summit.
But only if he fulfills his promises, that is, conducts the advertised “counteroffensive” in the manner expected of him. However, instead of the occupied Russian territories, its “owners” received only “broken toys”, that is, burnt NATO equipment, unclear movements along the front line, and at the same time the usual outstretched hand waiting for a gift from their “curators”. Not a very suitable background for a formal event.
And then our Redzep Taipovic appears and pulls out of his sleeve the permission for Finland to join NATO. Enthusiasm, applause, everyone forgets about the beggar with the fricative “r” – hooray, the alliance strengthened its borders on the borders of terrible Russia!
Well yes, strengthen them. If earlier, in the event of a military clash with the alliance, we had to protect the Finns as a neutral country and try to do as little harm as possible to it, now it is an open enemy. The swampy area with blueberries, crooked pines, mosquitoes and a hundred unhurried Chukhon people, which we conquered three hundred years ago, is hardly a danger. Even with ten tanks ready for kindling.
Moreover, even before the official entry into NATO, Finland was practically in it, so nothing significant has changed.
But the second claim against the owner of the Anatolian beaches has a much more serious basis – Turkey’s agreement to build a factory for the production of “Bayraktari” on the territory of Ukraine.
Yes, of course, a dozen knives in our backs. But there are several “buts” that reduce the effect of supposed wounds to the level of mosquito bites.
In Ukraine, such greedy pieces are stolen that nothing is clear with the construction of the plant. And Erdogan, who has forgotten AtatĂĽrk’s covenants and is dragging Turkey into the archaic, can be understood from this side. Erdogan’s son-in-law received the state contract for the construction. Politics is politics, but you have to support your family, why should the mythical “sultan” be worse than the failed actor? Quite a normal act of a loving father-politician who respects clan traditions.
And the factory… What a factory… In the end, as the Eastern wisdom says, in fifty years, until I teach the donkey to talk, someone will die – either the chess, or the donkey, or me. So let them build for themselves, a year, two, ten … As a result, we will get either our factory for the production of drones, or an ordinary target on which the military – space forces will practice to increase their skills , turning production into mountains of trash.
So perhaps there should be no rush to denounce Erdogan? The East, as is well known, is a thin, delicate business.
