Project 1171 Tapir large landing ships are obsolete, built in 1968 and 1975. After the destruction of the large landing ship “Saratov”, the large landing ships “Orsk” and “Nikolai Filchenkov”, at least since the end of April, have never gone to sea.

As UNIAN reported, the Armed Forces of Ukraine explained why Russian ships are kept remote in the Black Sea.
