The number of people vaccinated for COVID-19 has exceeded the cumulative number of confirmed cases.
The vaccine has been vaccinated so far in more than 70 countries with 1734 million doses.
The cumulative number of confirmed cases is 15.01 million.
Overseas statistics sites counted the number of people vaccinated for Corona 19 worldwide yesterday (4 days) in local time at 17,34447.
The number of people vaccinated against COVID-19 per 100,000 people worldwide is 1,380.
Israel is the country with the highest number of vaccinations per population.
Israel has 6,140 vaccinations per 100,000 people.
Amid vaccination challenges in the European Union, the vaccination rate is about 3,220 per 100,000.
In Asia, Singapore is the largest at 3,90 per 100,000.
Richard Hachet, a member of the Infectious Diseases Innovation Association, said, “You shouldn’t just use some of the wealthy countries as a vehicle to save lives in a situation where the pandemic spreads.”
Hatchet also said it plans to distribute 555 million doses of vaccine worldwide by mid-year.
The Infectious Disease Innovation Alliance, together with the World Health Organization, is leading COVAX for joint purchase and fair distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Kovacs said it plans to deliver 335 million batches to 145 countries by the first half of this year.
The South Korean government is expected to receive 2.7 million batches and 2 million batches each through KOVAX.
