The nomenclature in question is RZ 450e, and in it we can draw a few conclusions. In the first place, that the ‘e’ reveals that we are facing an electrified car. On the other hand, Lexus uses the letter R at the beginning of two of its models: the RX, a SUV medium, and the RC, a coupé . That is, the ‘WITH‘could respond to a new SUV coupe premium. Come on, that Lexus could be working on a new electric sports SUV that would add to the UX 300e.

And attention, because we would be facing a global model. Lexus has registered this name in U.S, Europe and Australia. And it is not usual at all for a firm to register the same name at the same time in both territory.
