David Graziano is a well-known producer in the entertainment world. He has in fact worked on the series “Lie to Me” by Tim Roth, “Coyotte”, but also “New York Special Unit” since the beginning of this year.
According to a Los Angeles Times investigation released Dec. 8, the 50-year-old producer is accused of sexual harassment, violence and misogyny by more than a dozen people who have worked alongside him throughout his career. He charges that the new showrunner denies.
“Don’t Work With Him”
One such person is none other than Haley Cameron. Her name may not mean anything to you, but she is a former script coordinator for the ‘SVU’ series. She has accused David Graziano of abuse and warns anyone who works with him, reveal many media outlets covering the “LA Times”.
“David Graziano is a very unprofessional, self-absorbed and immature man. I have been in this business for a long time and have never experienced such pure misogyny among white men. I urge you, especially women, to think twice before putting yourself in a position where it could end as badly as it did for me.”
The director denies
David Graziano refuted these allegations through his Alafair Hall spokesman.
“The implication that Mr. Graziano has created a hostile, sexist, inappropriate and unprofessional work environment is false. This statement comes from Haley Cameron, who worked briefly as a script coordinator at ‘SVU’. It appears she did not report that she was about to be fired after less than two weeks of work for extensively editing scripts when she was hired just to get them into shape,” said her spokeswoman, Alafair Hall.
The spokesperson then chimed in on allegations by script coordinator Amy Hartman, who worked for the “Coyote” series, and who recounted the same facts. “While on Coyote, Graziano became angry with people and was generally in a bad mood because he was in excruciating pain from three spinal discs blocked in his neck. While he doesn’t see his pain as an excuse, it is an explanation.
But it’s not just women who accuse David Graziano. Indeed, David James, who worked on the Coyote series, even explained that it was “by far the worst job I’ve had in Hollywood. There was so much crying in his office, it was daily.
