The total area of the building is 6766.8 square meters. It was previously reported that together in the construction of buildings 10.1 million euros have been invested.
The architectural concept of the building was developed by architect Juris Lasis from the architectural firm “8 AM”. The project is developed on the BIM platform and most of the building elements are produced in “off-site” technology, which shortens the construction time and increases the quality, as well as allows to make the building airtight faster, protecting it from the effects of adverse weather conditions.
