The new BMW M2 is ready to launch in October, the engine is the same as the M3

GridOto.com – BMW has released the first teaser new car BMW M2 which is prepared to launch this year.

Through its official media page, the BMW M2 is confirmed to be conducting intensive final testing at the Salzburgring, Austria.

BMW says this test is focused on driving dynamics and chassis so that the new M2 can provide maximum driving sensation.

BMW also claims that the latest M2 has a performance level equivalent to the BMW M2 CS.

Looking at the teaser photos shared by BMW, the latest M2 still uses blue-red-purple camouflage with the M2 logo when tested.

Ahead of its launch, BMW conducted the final test of the BMW M2 at the Salzburgring, Austria.

Although camouflaged, the latest BMW M2 looks to use a Kidney Grille which is more assertive than the regular 2 Series Coupe and a more aggressive bumper.

Interestingly, if you look closely, the latest BMW M2 wears the BMW Motorsport emblem rather than the usual emblem.

Regarding performance, BMW says the latest M2 is equipped with a twin turbo six-cylinder engine similar to the BMW M3 or the BMW M4.
