But the images are eagerly distributed on social media. The management of the presenter is aware of the leaked video. “We know there is something in circulation. Van Leer’s situation is reminiscent of the images of a few private companies that circulated in our country some time ago. A 22-year-old student from Ghent pretended to be ‘Eveline’. An acquaintance of his, a 27-year-old from the Kempen, spread the images on Grindr, a dating app for gays. They risk five years in prison.
