The Municipal Boards of the València District resume this Monday the on-site care and people who need to carry out any procedure must request an appointment for the Specialized Registry Services, general registry of citizen attention or the Municipal Transport Company (EMT) Bonds.
According to municipal sources, the prior appointment must be requested through the municipal website, http://www.valencia.es or the information telephone number of the 010 City Council, and in the Pobles municipal councils it must be requested at the following telephones : Pobles del Sur: 963013023; Pobles del Nord: 963013055; and Pobles de l’Oest: 963013436.
Before requesting the appointment, users should consult that the procedure is attended by the Municipal District Board and take into account that appointments are offered at time intervals and that more than one consecutive appointment must be requested in the event that go to perform more than one procedure.
In addition, the documentation must be presented preferably in digital format and only one person will attend except for the accompaniment of dependent people, according to municipal sources.

According to Valía, “all our officials have been teleworking, answering the telephone and by means of the authorized mails, and since it was not possible to offer face-to-face attention for the presentation of works and activity licenses, alternative procedures have been enabled to respond to technical queries or be able to review the documentation of the works or activities prior to their presentation in the electronic office “.
All this, he explained, “so that, when this situation ends, there are no administrative obstacles for construction companies and other professionals in the sector to resume their activity immediately, contributing, together, to overcome this situation without precedents “.
In this way, it has indicated that during this period, the Municipal Boards have opened 768 administrative files, issued 1,315 reports by the municipal technical architects on the records of minor works, innocuous activities and advertising, have granted 355 facade reform licenses, 558 notifications in accordance with declarations responsible for works and 208 validations of previous works communications “.
