The Tampa Bay Lightning were defeated by the Florida Panthers in the away game of the regular season of the National Hockey League (NHL). The meeting ended with the score 7:1.

In Florida, Carter Verage (9, 46) and Matthew Tkaczak (29, 55) scored goals, Sam Bennett (22), Eetu Luostarinen (38) and Erik Staal (43) also scored. Tampa’s only goal was scored by Nikita Kucherov (24).
