The most expensive house in the Czech Republic is for sale. The owner of the half-billion villa is in execution

The value of the building is not only made by the selected location in Prague-Bubeneč, but also by the luxurious equipment of the house and the interior, which is not to be seen anywhere else.

Five floors of endless luxury

Five floors and barely ten years after reconstruction. There is a new, brick one on the plot where the originally First Republic villa in the diplomatic part of Bubeneč stood. The building combines elements of cubism and modern technology.

The leitmotif of the whole building is endless luxury. Marble, first-class French crystal, floors in the halls inlaid with semi-precious stones, amethyst or pink onyx. The furniture and furnishings of the whole house are from the workshop of Clive Christian, a British interior designer – and, by the way, also the author of the most expensive perfume in the world.

The first floor of the villa is occupied by a living room overlooking the garden, a dining room for the whole family and a kitchen equipped with Sub-Zero appliances. On the other two floors above ground there are a total of five bedrooms, three large walk-in closets and four luxury bathrooms.

Under the roof there is a study with its own kitchenette and entrance to a large terrace. Below the level of the garden, the new owner has a chance to realize himself – on two floors, either a wellness or another separate apartment can be created.

The whole villa is controlled by an artificial brain Smart house, the entrance is fingerprinted, the house is guarded by the most advanced security system, each room has a 360-degree camera. The control panels are decorated with Swarovski crystals, of course.

Problems of Russian businesswomen

And why is this brick luxury sold? She came up with a finding MF TODAY, who wrote that Izba, the only Czech company owned by Julia Romaněnková, has been in execution since last month. According to the documents in the Commercial Register, the amount owed is almost three million crowns.

“However, there is no ownership restriction on the ‘half-billion’ villa in Bubeneč, and the execution does not apply to it, as does the apartment in the center of Prague in Veleslavínova Street, which Romaněnková also belongs to,” writes MF DNES.

She bought a villa on a plot in Bubeneč ten years ago. At that time, however, there was a First Republic house of the painter Karel Svolinský, for the reconstruction of which it obtained permission, but only for half of the building. In the end, the whole house was demolished and the current villa for half a billion crowns was built in its place.

Five years ago, the Chinese company CEFC, represented at that time by former Minister of Defense Jaroslav Tvrdík, showed interest in investing in the most expensive house in the Czech Republic. But in the end, it was never signed. The hook in the final of the negotiations was litigation between Mr. and Mrs. Romaněnek and a Chinese company, which deposited fifty million crowns as a deposit. The couple refused to return it.

And this is not the only financial snag of the wife of oil magnate Dmitry Romanenko. Watchdog server at the beginning of this year, he informed that a Russian businesswoman had previously rented another villa in this lucrative district – Romaněnková had rented the construction of the former Ghanaian embassy on Siberian Square for more than three million crowns a year from the Diplomatic Service.

However, in response to the amount owed, he terminated the contract with her in March this year. Romaněnková owed more than two million crowns for the rent.
