Earlier, Boris Mendelevich, a member of the State Duma Health Protection Committee, sent an appeal to the head of the Ministry of Labor, Anton Kotyakov, with a request to extend the temporary procedure for recognizing a person as disabled by six months, the agency reports.
In response to the deputy, the Ministry of Labor said that it had prepared an appropriate draft resolution. “The draft resolution provides for the introduction of changes in terms of extending the validity of temporary orders until March 1, 2021, ”the ministry said in a statement.
Also, the Ministry of Labor noted that the draft resolution will include the possibility of full-time appeal of decisions of the bureau of medical and social expertise in the higher main bureau.
