The Ministry of Education and the CNDP sign an agreement to join the “DATA TIKA” programme.

Signed by the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, Abdellatif Miraoui, and the President of the CNDP, Omar Seghrouchni, in the presence of the Presidents of the public universities, this agreement formalises MESRSI’s adhesion to the “DATA-TIKA” program “, established by the CNDP on July 9, 2020, takes note of the text.

This program aims to proactively protect Moroccan citizens within the digital ecosystem and to strengthen personal data protection measures, adds the same source, indicating that the CNDP will thus provide its expertise to accelerate the MESRSI compliance process , which undertakes to bring all the treatment under its responsibility to compliance, within a deadline not exceeding January 31, 2023.

And add that all universities as well as all higher education institutions assume their responsibilities regarding the processing of personal data they operate.
