Al-Marsad Newspaper: Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan has agreed to amend a paragraph of the Income Tax System Executive Regulation.
The decision, details of which were published by the Umm Al-Qura newspaper, reads as follows:
First: amendment of paragraph (5) of article (63) of the executive regulation of the income tax system issued with ministerial resolution n. (1535) dated 6/11/1425 AH, as amended as follows: means: any sum paid to a Non-Resident entity for services relating to the provision of international telephone services from the Kingdom, and not subject to withholding tax, the charges paid for the use of a local telecommunications company for the network of an international telecommunications company to forward, transfer or deliver calls made by a subscriber in the United Kingdom when requesting any international communication and the charges paid to the telecommunications companies for international roaming services.
Second: this decision will be notified to whoever is required to implement it and will apply to the amounts paid from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
