The Baník Ostrava football team has arrived with very sad news. On his Facebook profile, he informed of the death of Anička Thimová, one of the biggest fans of the club.
“No departure of Baník from Bazalů to a league match on the opponent’s pitch was complete without his presence. He always came to wish the players good luck and hoped for victory. Also, she came to Bazaly every Tuesday to see the players. Always with good wishes, often well written. Her messages decorated the bulletin board near the A Baník team booths,“says the post.
But the big fan won’t come with more messages. “Anička Thimová’s Juventus heart beat on Saturday. Anica, Baník will never forget you. We will miss you so much“he says at the end.
Anička didn’t have much reason to be happy this year. Baník has only won twice in nine games and in the Fortuna league he is in 11th place with ten points.
