In Oita Prefecture, a linear rainfall belt was observed, with heavy rain of 110mm per hour in many places. Intermittent heavy rain is expected to continue this morning.

Even if the water subsides, the water level will remain high for several hours, so please do not go to look at the water even if you are worried about the situation. In addition, there is a risk that tributaries may not be able to drain properly, causing water to rise and flood, so care must be taken even in areas far away from large rivers.
