The pegs for the new MedZentrum – they seem to have already been struck in the Georgi Kurpark, right next to the Franz von Prümmer Clinic. Appearances are deceptive. The wooden sticks were only set to show the dimensions of the multi-million dollar new building. But construction should start soon. According to current planning, the planned MedZentrum will have 2,300 square meters of office space, and it will cost 7.9 million euros. This was announced by Alexander Bechtler, lawyer and spokesman for the project developer IWG Ideenwelt Gesundheitsmarkt GmbH, at a press conference in the Franz von Prümmer Clinic.
