A man in the city of Medan, North Sumatra (North Sumatra), named Rizkan Putra, has officially become a suspect. The police said that the case against Rizkan was a case of abuse.
Reported from secondsNorth SumatraTuesday (26/4/2022), the figure of Rizkan Putra went viral after threatening to break the neck of the Mayor of Medan Bobby Nasution. Rizkan made the threat while arguing with the parking attendants about paying for parking with e-parking.
“It’s a suspect,” said the Head of Criminal Investigation at the Medan Polrestabes Kompol Teuku Fathir Mustafa.
When arguing, the parking attendant explained the terms on how to pay for parking, it came from Bobby Nasution. Rizkan is getting more and more challenging.
“You called that Mr. Bobby here, let me break the trunk of the neck sir Bobby that’s all. want you? Or you aja I’ll break your neck, will you?” said Rizkan.
But that’s not what makes him a suspect in a molestation case. Rizkan was arrested for pinching his hands and dragging the parking attendant who was noisy with him when the incident occurred.
