The man was admitted to hospital in stable condition after being beaten in May and died in hospital in August | Univision 41 New York WXTV

The old man was discovered by police officers, full of wounds and bruises on his face and head. He was transferred by emergency services in stable condition to NYC Heath and Hospitals, in Harlem. His health subsequently failed and he was transferred to Mount Sinai Hospital for further care.
