The artist Salwa Othman has become one of the most famous artists and has a presence in several works of art, but her distance from the press and media and her lack of appearance on programs affected her stardom and fame among the public.

The Egyptian actress Salwa Othman revealed, during her guest appearance on the “Ask Me” program on the “CBC” channel, how she lost 14 kilograms in two weeks.

The Egyptian artist confirmed that she was able to lose 14 kilograms, by following the egg diet, pointing out that she was eating 4 eggs a day.

This diet usually includes eggs or another type of lean protein with each meal, in addition to non-starchy vegetables and one serving of low-carb fruits per day.

This system helps lose up to 11 kilos in just two weeks, and provides nutrients that improve blood sugar control, support health, and strengthen bones, hair and nails.

The boiled egg diet allows certain foods for each meal of the day, and snacks are not allowed in between. For breakfast, you should consume at least two eggs, along with one serving of non-starchy vegetables such as tomatoes, in addition to a low-carb fruit, such as grapefruit.

Lunch and dinner should consist of non-starchy vegetables and either eggs or a small meal of another type of lean protein such as chicken or fish, although exercise is not required as part of the plan, light daily physical activity such as cycling or exercise is preferred. Sports or brisk walking to increase results.

Knowing that this diet is only intended for a few weeks at a time, then a transition period is recommended to help ease your return to a regular diet.
