The United Nations has announced that the number of civilian deaths since the war in Ukraine has reached 8,000 by official figures.

But the statistics are just the tip of the iceberg, he said.

The United Nations says 8,400 civilians have been killed since the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

It was announced that 14,000 people were injured.

However, the UN’s analysis is that this figure is just the tip of the iceberg.

It was based on the Russian military’s widespread use of explosive weapons against residential areas.

According to the UN investigation, there have been 621 cases of enforced disappearances and arbitrary detentions by Russian forces.

There were 109 cases of sexual violence committed by Russian authorities in prisons and other places, and in one case, five girls went missing.

As of last month, more than 16,000 Ukrainian children were forcibly deported to Russian-occupied territories or territories.

Bucha, Ukraine, where the worst tragedy occurred in the early days of the war, with more than a thousand civilians killed.

At a memorial ceremony held to mark the first anniversary of the recapture of Bucha, Ukrainian President Zelensky pledged victory, saying that Russia’s atrocities will never be forgiven.

Ukrainian authorities said they would pursue and bring to justice that war crimes had been committed not only in Bucha, but also in all areas occupied by Russia.

In fact, a mass grave with more than 440 bodies was found in Izyum, another city recaptured by Ukraine.

In Mariupol, a theater where civilians including children were sheltering was bombed and 300 people lost their lives.

Damaged roads are being resurfaced and crumbling buildings and houses are being repaired bit by bit, but the horrors of war still linger.
