Agents of the Local Police of Santa Cruz de Tenerife dismantled, last morning, an illegal party that took place in a place located in the central Padre Anchieta street in the capital of Tenerife.
The police officers verified that there were more than fifty young people drinking, generating noise and without adopting any preventive measures such as the use of a mask or respecting the interpersonal safety distance.
This service, than It occurred around 02.00 hours, It began after calls from several neighbors who complained of excessive noise outside the aforementioned premises belonging to a cultural association. The agents identified the person in charge of that establishment and drew up an infraction report that will also be sent to the health authorities.
Before intervening, the police officers verified that many young people entered and left the premises, with alcoholic beverages and making a lot of noise, in addition to verifying that they were also buying drinks in a nearby store. In fact, the manager of that other establishment was identified, since alcoholic beverages cannot be dispensed in that store after 10 pm.
Nor were the regulations regarding posters that prohibit the sale of alcohol to minors being respected, a situation that led to the filing of infraction records for these reasons.
Once the 54 people who were celebrating this party were evicted, it was found that there was also an illegal alcohol sale activity. The police report shows that inside the premises all preventive health measures were not followed, nor was the safety distance kept, nor were individual protective masks used, in addition to being a closed place with no more ventilation than the door access.
