The Linzer Nestlé site is increasingly acquiring

The Nestlé area in the heart of Linz has increasingly acquired and is planning the “Trinity Park” on an area of more than 17,000 m². The approach of the “city of short distances” is intended to attract leading companies to Linz with a modern office and conference infrastructure – not pushed to the outskirts of the city, but right in the middle of people’s lives. The existing operational dedications enable company locations and trades in the densely built-up urban area and are intended to make Linz a polycentric city.

Trinity Park will have a campus-like structure and enable a consistently well thought-out usage concept. Modern office structures, commercial space, hotel and serviced apartments, as well as student apartments in the immediate vicinity of the Kepler University Hospital and the FH campus – a total of almost 60,000 m² will be created, which will fit into the modern architecture of the adjacent new buildings. In the heart of “Trinity Park” a park-like green area will be created on more than 10,000 m² with relaxation zones and an attractive passage for pedestrians and cyclists. In the planning and implementation of the project, Vermehrt places a special focus on sustainability and will also strive for ÖGNI certification according to the highest standards in the course of construction.

The Franckviertel around the Europaplatz with the Design Center, ORF regional studio and the Raiffeisen campus will be continued with the development of the Nestlé area into the “Trinity Park”. At the same time, the “Scherb Pavilion” with 5,000 m² of commercial space and the Franck Kontor project are being built in the immediate vicinity next to the historic office building.

A new S-Bahn station is also planned as part of the development of the Nestlé site, with which the Linz main station can be relieved. In addition, new footpaths and cycle paths will open up the district. The “Trinity Park” will offer parking spaces for over 560 cars and 440 bicycles.
