The Last Wife of Hajj Metwally: Monia’s Success in the Famous Series and Her Recent Appearance on “Qadat Setat”

A great success was achieved by the artist, Monia, in the role of the last wife of Hajj Metwally in the famous series “The Hajj Metwally Family” starring the late star Nour Al-Sharif, when it was shown for the first time about 22 years ago.

Despite her participation before and after the “Hajj Metwally family” in several artworks, the audience still connects them with her role in this series only, and remembers the name of the dala that she chose for her husband Metwally “Mito” and how he was angering his three other wives: Amina – the artist Magda Zaki, God’s grace – the artist Ghada Abdel Razek and Madiha – the artist Sumaya al-Khashab, as well as the way she sang in her car as part of the work events: “I loved or what?”.
