The American fan has had it recorded at a local council meeting in Sioux Falls, South Dakota that he thinks that Star Wars: The Last Jedi is the best movie in the franchise. “Finally, I want it to be recorded that The Last Jedi is the best Star Wars movie,” thus the fan.
