MOSCOW, November 9 – RIA Novosti. The resignations of a number of ministers are not related to non-fulfillment of the president’s instructions, Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of Russian President Vladimir Putin, said. According to Peskov, personnel decisions are explained by the need to rotate the composition of the government. The Kremlin was reminded that there are no terms for ministers in office. Peskov also added that ministers are nominated by the prime minister, approved by the State Duma and then appointed by the president. Earlier, Putin dismissed the head of the Ministry of Transport Yevgeny Dietrich, the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources Dmitry Kobylkin, the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Vladimir Yakushev, and also dismissed the plenipotentiary in the Urals Federal District ( UFO) Nikolai Tsukanov. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin proposed to the State Duma candidates for approval: Aeroflot general director Vitaly Savelyev – in the Ministry of Transport, the head of the Ministry of Eastern Development Alexander Kozlov – in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. Irek Fayzullin, who holds the post of deputy head of the department, was entrusted to head the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services. Yakushev will replace Tsukanov in the status of the presidential representative in the Urals Federal District. Mishustin also proposed to appoint the Minister of Energy Alexander Novak as Deputy Prime Minister (Deputy Prime Minister), and in his place introduced the candidacy of the head of RusHydro Nikolai Shulginov. The government proposed to replace Alexander Kozlov East and Arctic (part of the VEB.RF group) Alexei Chekunkov.
