JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (KMI) has set a schedule for the launch of their latest motor sport that has been awaited by two-wheeled lovers. Ninja 250 4-cylinder aka ZX-25R will soon launch.
This 250 cc sport motorbike has been waiting for its presence since last year to appear at the Tokyo Motor Show 2019. KMI then brought it to Indonesia since a few months ago, but failed to launch it because of the Covid-19 pandemic or corona virus.

Initially, the Ninja 250 4-cylinder was planned to appear to the public during the Kawasaki Bike Week (KBW) 2020 in Ancol, North Jakarta, on April 4th. Although KBW 2020 is postponed, PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (KMI) plans to continue to launch the ZX-25R at the Kawasaki Abdul Muis dealership, Central Jakarta.
However, the plan had to be canceled again due to government instructions not to hold events that could cause many people to gather.
Good news comes when viewing videos on Kawasaki Indonesia’s YouTube account. In the closing video, it is written Kawasaki Indonesia will launch virtually on July 10, 2020, starting at 15:00 WIB.

Previously, Kawasaki Indonesia intends to use conventional methods to launch the ZX-25R instead of using virtual or digital methods.
Michael C Tanadhi, Head & Sales Promotion of PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (KMI), said virtual lauching was considered to be less effective if applied for the inaugural launch of the Ninja 250 4-cylinder.
