The basis of the new limited edition is the Sonata model in the sporty N Line version, but the novelty is a decent spoiler on the trunk lid made of polymer reinforced with carbon fibers. The carmaker then used the same material for the new center covers of the cast wheels.
These are nineteen-inch as standard and are unsurprisingly painted a matte black color. However, the brake calipers retained a sporty red color. However, all symbols of the carmaker or model markings also went dark.

The body can be painted in two colors: Phantom Black and Quartz White. The black-painted Sonata gets mirror covers and handles painted in matt black, while the white version has mirror covers and handles painted in the rest of the body.
Under the hood is a standard 2.5-liter supercharged four-cylinder, tuned to a maximum output of 216 kW and 422 Nm of torque. The transmission of power to the front wheels is then taken care of exclusively by an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. However, the brakes, which have larger discs at the front and rear, have been improved, and it is worth mentioning the faster steering transmission.

The cabin again relies on dark shades and combines Nappa leather upholstery and Dinamica microfiber. The chrome decors have also been darkened, but there are also contrasting red stitching or a distinctive N logo on the seats. In addition to the digital instrument panel and infotainment with navigation, the standard equipment also includes a Bose audio system with 12 speakers or a panoramic roof.
The Hyundai Sonata N Line Night Edition will only be available in the US market in quantities of 1,000 pieces and the surcharge compared to the standard N Line model is $ 1,300 (approximately CZK 28,600). The final price starts from the amount of $ 34,750 (approx. CZK 763,300).
