4. Kills germs. According to research, kombucha can kill Staphylococcus aureus and other harmful bacteria.

5. Calms the nervous system, improves sleep. Kombucha contains amino acids that have a positive effect on the functioning of the cardiovascular and nervous systems.

How to make kombucha

You will need:

  • Leaf tea (black or green) – 5 grams;

  • Lemon – 1 piece.


1. Pour hot water into a sterilized liter jar, and then dissolve sugar in it and add a teaspoon of tea leaves.

2. When the tea is brewed and warm, strain it.

3. Plant the mushroom in a jar of tea (with strictly clean hands). Cover the jar with gauze and leave for 7 days at room temperature. Choose a suitable location out of direct sunlight.

4. When the drink is ready, strain it through cheesecloth, rinse the mushroom and plant it in a new brew.

5. Add sliced ​​lemon and diced ginger to the strained drink. Refrigerate kombucha before drinking.
