The national government delivered this Thursday Cold chain equipment for municipalities in the Santa Cruz departmentwith the aim of ensuring the correct reception, storage, storage, handling, distribution and transport of full regimen and Covid-19 vaccines.
“We did not come with words or empty hands. On this occasion we are delivering cold chain equipment that will benefit the entire department”, said the authority in the presence of the mayors.
He observed it the national government coordinates actions with subnational governments at all times to combat the various pathologies that are emerging following a abandonment of the vaccination program due to the pandemic and thanked the support of international organizations such as UNICEF and PAHO.
“Despite being under his direct responsibility, the Governor has not even bothered to have basic supplies of a cold chain for the reception, storage, distribution and transport of vaccines whether they come from the full scheme or from Covid-19, including the coqueluche vaccine, ”Auza stressed.
For his part, the mayor of San Ramón, Germán Sánchez, thanked on behalf of the different municipalities of Santa Cruz for this endowment which will allow them to optimize the work of protecting the health of their peoples.

The beneficiary municipalities are: Santa Cruz de la Sierra, La Guardia, San Matthias, San Giuseppe dei Piccoli, Camiri, Puerto Suarez, Ascension of GuarayosMontero, Buena Vista, San Ramón, Portachuelo, San Ignacio and Warnes.
