The government has promised to regulate remote work. Employers will not be able to force

– In some situations, remote work is difficult to accept, so we introduce such a regulation that the employee will have the right to refuse, although he will have to justify why he does not agree and what is the reason for not wanting to work remotely – said the Swede.

As he explains, in this situation the employee will declare that the conditions allow him to perform work in accordance with the health and safety conditions, and the employer is to provide equipment.

However, there will be quite the opposite situations as well. – We also provide the possibility that e.g. in case mother raising a child up to the age of four, the employer will not be able to refuse to work remotely if there is one application – announces Stanisław Szwed.
