The government approved the procedure for booking conscripts – Ukraine – tsn.ua

The Cabinet of Ministers also approved the procedure for determining enterprises, institutions and organizations that are critical for functioning in a special period.

The Government of Ukraine approved the booking procedure conscripts during martial law.

About this today, January 27, informed Representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnichuk in his Telegram channel.

“The procedure for booking persons liable for military service on the list of persons liable for military service during martial law has been approved, as well as the procedure and criteria for determining enterprises, institutions and organizations that are critical for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the livelihoods of the population in a special period,” he said.

Melnichuk also noted that it was established that deferrals from military service during mobilization, granted to persons liable for military service by decisions of the Ministry of Economy, are valid for the period for which they are granted.

Recall that earlier the head of the Kyiv city military administration, Sergei Popko, said that in accordance with the “Law on mobilization and mobilization training” booking of conscripts in wartime, it is carried out by decision of the Ministry of Economy in order to ensure the functioning of state authorities, other state bodies, local governments, as well as enterprises (and critical infrastructure), institutions and organizations, including authorized banks that meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other military formations, population.

Booking volumes for those liable for military service working in public authorities are determined taking into account the need to provide them under martial law.
