Rib eye for breakfast, goulash for lunch, roast or pork chop for dinner: Sounds like a meat lover’s dream, right? But after fourteen days of this experience, you want a simple cabbage pie.
For the past two weeks, I haven’t eaten anything other than animal products – mostly meat, with a little butter, cheese and heavy cream. This means that the carbs were close to zero, a maximum of 10 grams per day.
Process
Over the past nine months, I have gradually lost weight thanks to the reduction in calories. I tried to record the consumption of KBZhU every day and reduce harmful consumption. Over the course of two weeks without carbohydrates, I continued to measure and log my calorie intake to get a summary of this diet at the end. It is worth noting that I tried not to reduce the amount of food consumed, although this caused me anxiety. The zero-carb community encourages both newbies and seniors to stay out of their appetites: eat as soon as you want to eat, and don’t limit yourself or starve your body.
