The General Administration banned ten types of martial arts chaos with heavy fist

Original title: The General Administration of the State Council has made heavy blows to rectify ten types of martial arts chaos and has been banned from making a private appointment

Recently, the Wushu Sports Management Center of the State General Administration of Sports and the Chinese Wushu Association jointly launched the “Administrative Measures for Cleaning up and Rectifying Wushu Chaos and Standardizing Events” in accordance with the “Sports Law of the People’s Republic of China”. It is strictly forbidden to make appointments in private, create sects, and make self-proclaimed masters.

The management measures stipulate that once illegal contracts, malicious hype, irregular competitions, fake masters and fake heads are found, the Chinese Wushu Association will promptly report, stop, and deal with it, and use a variety of regulatory methods in accordance with laws and regulations. Individuals or organizations that refuse to make rectification will promptly and actively cooperate with multiple departments to conduct law enforcement investigations.

For individuals and organizations that violate the regulations, the Chinese Wushu Association will interview and advise, report criticism, and be included in the industry blacklist to protect the legal rights and interests of martial arts practitioners, create a good atmosphere in the martial arts industry, and promote the excellent traditional culture of martial arts.

Regarding the industry evaluation standards of “Martial Arts School”, only three official organizations can be recognized-the Wushu Sports Management Center of the State Sports General Administration, and the Wushu Research Institute of the Chinese Wushu Association and the State Sports General Administration. The norms and guidance of martial arts fighting events must follow the “Guidelines for Running Martial Arts Fighting Events” and “Guidelines for Participating in Martial Arts Fighting Events”.

These two guidelines were formulated and promulgated by the Wushu Center of the State Sports General Administration and the Chinese Wushu Association in June last year. The purpose is to further standardize the organization and management of martial arts fighting events and promote the healthy development of martial arts fighting sports.Return to Sohu to see more
