Ilhen is a franchisee who feels he has been harmed by the company and finally reports the two directors of Alfamart to Polda Metro Jaya.

"Karena mereka berdua yang tanda tangan di perjanjian waralaba," kata Jimmy saat dihubungi di Jakarta, Selasa, 3 Agustus 2021.

Cerita berawal pada 19 September 2013, ketika Sumber Alfaria Trijaya dan CV Andalus Makmur Indonesia yang dimiliki Ihlen menandatangani perjanjian waralaba. Sehingga, Ihlen pun bisa membuka toko Alfamart di Kelurahan Lengkong Gudang Timur, Serpong, Tangerang Selatan.
Throughout the five years of operation, Ihlen felt many irregularities. Instead of providing training, Ihlen said that Alfamart is managing the store itself. “So we are like passive,” he said.
In addition, Ihlen said that there had never been a detailed report from Alfamart regarding the sale of goods, how many were sold and what were not. Until finally Ihlen wrote to Alfamart to close the store in September 2018.
