A combined mass of workers and students took action against rising fuel prices at the Arjuna Wiwaha equestrian statue in central Jakarta. The students said they would take further action on September 27, 2022.
“Action after action we have passed, until now like this We have not yet been heard by the government, “said the student representative, Bilal Sukarno, expressing his position after the demonstration on Tuesday (13/9/2022).

“Therefore, we give an ultimatum to Joko Widodo’s government to take wider action on September 27, 2022,” he said.
He also invited other elements of the company to join the consolidation on September 15. “And to invite all popular movements, students, workers, farmers, students, to participate in the consolidation on September 15, 2022”, he concluded.
It was previously reported that the mass demonstration for BBM had dispersed from the horse statue in central Jakarta. The crowd dispersed to Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan as he fired rockets and sang the song “Labor Tani”.
