the four new 1 * star restaurants in Occitanie

The pandemic has imposed a closure of restaurants for several months, but the Michelin guide is no exception to the rule and unveils, this Monday, its famous awards in France. “It is an important decision to support the profession despite the context and perhaps because of the context itself. It was necessary to maintain this ad“, said the director of the guide Gwendal Poullennec.

While its competitors have chosen to readjust to the pandemic, the most famous gastronomic guide is the only one to make his selection of the Covid era “according to the same criteria since always“.

Surprise, hope, disappointment … it’s over, the 2021 Michelin Guide awards were unveiled on Monday. This particular edition maintains the macaroons of all three stars.

For the Occitania region, four new establishments are awarded 1 * star in the 2021 Michelin guide.
