JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TVThe case of Muhammad Farid Andika (MFA), the ‘cowboy’ Fortuner driver, is likely to end peacefully.

This peaceful discourse concerns the case of then hit-and-run which was carried out by the MFA in Duren Sawit, East Jakarta.

“This is because there are efforts from the family of the collectors and the victims who do not want to make a fuss,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Yusri Yunus at the Metro Jaya Regional Police Headquarters, Wednesday (7/4/2021).

Yusri said he would double check the legal process of the then-then case.

“The perpetrator has apologized. The victim has also said that he will not want to continue,” said Yusri.

“I will check again later because that is just a discourse. Because this is actually a minor punishment in Article 310 paragraph 2 of the Law on Traffic and Road Transportation, because negligence has resulted in minor injuries,” he continued.
