The first comment of the “Director of the project for the removal of developed neighborhoods” regarding the delay in the payment of compensation to the residents of the neighborhoods of Jeddah • Newspaper Al-Marsad

Al-Marsad Newspaper: Majed Al-Zahrani, director of the project to remove developed neighborhoods at the General Authority for State Real Estate in Jeddah, said the compensation payment was overdue.

Al-Zahrani added, during his appearance on the Al-Ekhbariya channel: “We have not delayed the disbursement of compensation to residents of the developed neighborhoods of Jeddah and we are working to control the claims.”

He continued: “There are remarks on some transactions, such as heirs, lack of documents and lack of financial clearances from the Agricultural and Real Estate Bank, the Social Development Bank and the Water and Electricity Society.”
