The first comment from the Food and Drug Administration on a video about the treatment of “moringa” diseases of the arteries and the respiratory system

Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Food and Drug Authority responded to a person’s inquiry about a video of the Moringa plant treating many diseases of the arteries, stomach, respiratory system, and others.

The authority stated on its Twitter account that the Moringa plant is used in food and cooking because it contains several vitamins and minerals, but there are no scientific studies confirming its therapeutic claims.

The authority advised to consult a specialist doctor before using any herb. The fact that some herbs may affect pregnancy or lactation.
