The young woman from the Xodre tribe in Lifou, becomes at just 34 years old the first woman in the territory to obtain this title. She defended her thesis last Thursday in front of a jury of seven academics and a hundred people at the University of New Caledonia.

An exemplary journey

At just 34 years old, Lucia Xewe from the tribe of Xodre to Lifou becomes the first Kanak woman but also the first Caledonian to obtain this title. The family as a source of motivation
