The Finnish Foreign Ministry believes that the war could go beyond the borders of Ukraine

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland, Pekka Haavisto, expressed the opinion that there is a possibility that the war could go beyond the borders of Ukraine.

He explained that it is precisely because such a possibility exists that now the West supports Ukraine so much in the fight against Russia.

“Of course, there is such a possibility. And that is why it is so important to support Ukraine now,” Haavisto said.

Also, the head of the Finnish Foreign Ministry is sure that this war Ukraine will win, and Russia will be defeated.

“They can save the situation and in that sense they can win this battle. I think they are of course morally on a high level. They are very united. They need our support,” he added.

Recall that earlier military expert Oleg Zhdanov expressed the opinion that the likelihood of the war in Ukraine escalating into third world exists, but it is currently very low. According to him, the beginning of the Third World War is the dream of the head of the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin. And for this, he is trying in various ways to involve the NATO power bloc in the hostilities in Ukraine.
