On the afternoon of July 4, an 81-year-old woman was injured as a result of shelling by the Russian army of the village of Kutuzovka near Kharkov.

“For the past week, the enemy has been actively launching rocket attacks on Kharkov. Under constant fire, Chuguevsky, Kharkov, Bogodukhovsky, Izyumsky districts, ”he said.
He also cited police data: 30 civilians were killed in the region over the past week.
