Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the President’s Office, said that the current events in Shebekino, Belgorod Region, can be seen as the future of Russia and the end of the era of “Putin’s stability.”
“On the example of one small town, we are witnessing the verdict of a twenty-year-old parody of a “strong, albeit thieving hand,” Podolyak wrote on his Twitter.
