PUC has started the process of approving the new “High Voltage Network” methodology with the aim to reduce tariffs at the expense of “Distribution Network”, which had carried out large-scale optimization and efficiency projects in recent years, explained in the party, emphasizing that variable share for customers by an average of 8%, which, for example, meant a reduction of the total electricity bill for the average household by about 5.5%, while ensuring quality electricity supply and modern services.

However, the President of the Commission Ralph Nemiro (KPV LV) added that in the meantime “High Voltage Network” has never stood out efficiently, on the contrary, it has planned large investments not only in transmission infrastructure, but also EUR 26 million in control rooms “.
