The “duck” scheme for Rublyovka: Kiev hit the “party of the indecent world” – 2024-09-19 14:54:50

/ world today news/ A new stage of the special operation is starting, say experts. For those who have not yet realized that the war is not only where the front line is, but across the country, it is time to finally realize it.

Its meaning was quite different. Information and propaganda – as at least some response to our attacks on military and infrastructure facilities in Kiev and in general throughout Ukraine. And the fact that we should expect some dirty trick from this side was reported in plain text almost simultaneously by two talking heads the day before – probably after the results of the “debriefing” meeting where the relevant decision was made.

Vladimir Klitschko, Mayor of Kyiv:

There’s just one thing I can’t understand. This question can be addressed to Mr. Zaluzhny. If Russians can give nightmares to the capital of Ukraine every day, I don’t understand why Muscovites vacation in the Russian capital. It is necessary for each of them to understand what it means to live in such conditions, in which Kiev has lived for almost 1.5 years.

The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov:

All those who tried to scare us, dreaming that it would have some effect, you will regret it very soon. Our answer won’t keep you waiting. Soon everyone will see everything!

How It Was: Chronicle of an Air Raid on Moscow

According to a source in Tsargrad, an air attack by the air defense forces was announced around four in the morning when unidentified objects were spotted flying at a low altitude towards the capital from the Tver region. However, it is possible that they initially moved to the other side (there is a version that the drones flew from Sumy or Chernihiv region), and later changed their direction.

Some of the drones were either shot down or fell by themselves, hanging on wires and tree crowns, in the Moscow region – in the Krasnogorsk, Istrinsky, Odintsovsky districts. Including for air defense, she worked on the famous Rublevka – on the estates of the “most respected”, and in places “very authoritative” personalities and individual heroes.

But the other end of the capital was less fortunate in this sense.

At 05:12, the first drone hit the apartment on the 16th floor of an apartment building on the street. Profsoyuznaya, 98 – flew into the window, but did not explode, although it carried a charge in the form of a cumulative charge. There was a woman in the room, she was not injured. The residents of the house were evacuated during the work with the explosives.

Around 05:30, the second UAV landed in an attic above the top floor of the EPK on Atlasov Street in New Moscow, causing glass to be broken from the windows of apartments up to three floors below. It is known that the concrete floor is damaged – how seriously, there is no exact data yet. By the way, a family with a small child lives in the apartment directly above which the drone broke through the wall – a woman was slightly injured (probably by a piece of glass).

A third drone crashed into an apartment on the 13th floor of a 14-story building on Leninsky Prospekt. It also carried a cumulative charge that did not detonate. Accordingly, security forces have cordoned off the area, sappers are examining the explosives of the UAV.

How many drones were there and where were their targets

Up to 25 UAVs were involved in the attack – although the Russian Ministry of Defense officially confirmed information about eight ““aircraft type” drone, five of which were shot down by the Pantsir-S air defense system in the Moscow region, three more were “overwhelmed by means of radio-electronic warfare, have lost control and deviated from their intended targets.

Thus, the first conclusion, confirming the data of our source, is that the air targets of the air defense forces were spotted before they crossed the border with the Moscow region, and this happened around four o’clock in the morning.

Second, drones flew from two directions – from the northwest (Istra, Krasnogorsk, Odintsovo regions) and from the southwest (New Moscow). And they did not move in a sort of “swarm of hornets”, as some imagine, but at a certain distance from each other. That is, it was clearly not an autonomous flight, but they were “guided”.

The third point: the goals were set. And if five UAVs, accepting the official information, were shot down, then three others – only from the southwest direction – managed to break through, and it turns out that they should be silenced, not shot down, already directly in the city itself – to avoid more serious damage. And, deprived of orientation in space, the “birds” ended up in residential buildings – chaotically, without a specific purpose.

By the way, in this regard, the geography of the fall of enemy drones, given by the deputy of the State Duma Alexander Khinshtein, seems interesting: the village of Ilinskoye and the village of Timoshkino in the Krasnogorsk region, the villages of Razdori and Romashkovo in Odintsovo, the village of Greenfield in Istra. So Razdori, in general, is the same Rublevka that the VIPs chose – there are state villas, villas of oligarchs and senior officials. And not far from there, six kilometers as the crow flies, is the state residence in Novo-Ogarevo.

What does he attack the enemy with?

Alexey Rogozin, head of the Center for the Development of Transport Technologies, said that in the attack the enemy used “unknown aircraft-type drones with an aerodynamic “duck” design – the same as in the attack on Krasnodar on May 26. .”

According to the expert, this UAV, the price of which can vary from 30 to 200 thousand dollars, uses an internal combustion engine, its wingspan is at least four meters, and its flight range is from 400 to 1000 kilometers.

Electronic drone jammers for such devices are usually useless, the only way to effectively counter them is to take them down. – says Alexey Rogozin.

However, the source of “First Russian” disagrees that suppressing the signals of exactly the kind of drones that attacked Moscow now is not appropriate.

It was the retreat to distance due to the suppression of the external control signal of those UAVs that were moving from the southwest that deprived them of the opportunity to reach a specific target and activate the borne explosive device, – says our interlocutor.

The reaction: A criminal case has been filed, we ask the population not to panic

It should be noted that both heads of the region reacted promptly – they released posts on their TG channels.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said a few buildings sustained minor damage, but all “Emergency services of the city are at the scene of the incidents” and urged “to trust only official sources and not to spread unverified information”. The last point, by the way, is not at all superfluous.

Especially considering the fact that enemy sources quickly began to spread disinformation about panic in the capital and almost massive traffic jams at the exits of the city from those who wanted to leave.

The governor of the Moscow region, Andrei Vorobyov, specified that the morning sounds of explosions were the work of air defense and also called “keep calm”.

However, there is no panic or nervousness: local residents, who had to leave their apartments due to the work of explosives experts, cheerfully and willingly share their impressions with journalists (there was a crash, glasses flew / rattled, it’s not scary, we’ll just be late for work) .

Some even publish on the network the work of our air defense forces – which, of course, is categorically unacceptable, otherwise there is a banal “illumination” of the points where the enemy will not fail to strike in the future.

In places in the capital, satellite communications have disappeared: in fact, there is nothing surprising that such a decision was made, no – with the help of this connection, UAV targeting is carried out.

The Investigative Committee conducts an investigation, the Chief Prosecutor’s Office is also involved.

Where did the drones come from, who is behind the attack?

As expected, Zelensky’s office quickly realized that something had to be said about what had happened, and the adviser to the head of the Kyiv regime, Podolyak, predictably exploded:

We are not directly related to it.

Directly related, of course, is the department that planned and coordinated this attack, the GUR, which is headed by Kiril Budanov, mentioned above.

And, which is also obvious, although the action is planned in advance (it will not be possible to do such a thing with a snap of the fingers), but it is also very rushed. And the last circumstance largely determined his failure. However, this does not mean at all that, upset by the failure, the terrorists will not try to do it all again.

What happened is pure terrorism. They could, of course, launch drones both from abroad and from Russia. The second version is supported by the fact that the action was coordinated by military intelligence. But since the actual information support is carried out by NATO satellites and the corresponding activity regulation regimes, UAVs can be guided by satellite coordinates using space control systems. – said the first Minister of State Security of the DPR, military expert Andrey Pinchuk, in an interview with Tsargrad.

Yes, we have excellent air defense systems, he continued, capable of taking down enemy “surprises”, but they are set up primarily to reflect missile attacks and do not fully take into account modern realities. Also, one of the reasons they come from these directions is their huge area, which cannot be fully covered by anti-drone defense.

I think the Rublyovka oligarchs are buying anti-drone guns to protect themselves. But now those on whose heads the drones were sent must think: we must stop thinking about agreements, about freezing the situation, we must not fight with half a hand and mouth, it is time to start an uncompromising movement towards victory– summed up Andrey Pinchuk.

What of this?

The ideologist of the Russian world, the philosopher Alexander Dugin, is sure that what happened in general means that “the next stage of the SVO has begun’:

Psychologically very important (stage). Someone passed it a long time ago – at the very beginning. But apparently not all. Now I think that something will change – first of all in the consciousness of society, in its attitude Dugin noted.

The future tends to progress, he reminds and warns: it is now very important to treat war systematically, not sporadically.

In the previous stages, this was missing, there was clearly a lack of a verified and responsible systemic approach. So, don’t panic. At war as at war. And Rublevka is the same front-line territory as Donbas or Belgorod. We have been in the element of war for a long time and irretrievably – there is only a front and a rear. Rublevka as an inviolable island of absolute prosperity no longer exists. – summed up Alexander Dugin.
