Suspended during confinement, the campaign for the distribution of garbage bags is relaunched from Wednesday, May 13, 2020, by the waste service of Chartres Métropole.
A single distribution location will be open for one month, until Saturday June 13, at the La Madeleine sports complex, 5 rue des Eparges, in Chartres.
The recycling centers of the agglomeration of Chartres will reopen but under certain conditions
The residents of Lucé, Champhol, Chartres, Lisant, Le Coudray, Lèves and Mainvilliers, who do not have wheeled bins, will be able to collect blue and yellow bags there.
Proof of address
They will also be able to benefit from kraft bags for plant waste, if they have a garden, just like the inhabitants of Barjouville and Morancez.
The collection of selective sorting starts again on Monday April 20 in Chartres and in the agglo
The distribution will take place on Monday, from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., Tuesday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and on Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The last notice of housing tax or proof of address of less than 3 months must be presented to be able to remove the bags.
