The Charbonnières project, entrusted to the Wilmotte et associés agency – founded by the architect, urban planner and designer Jean-Michel Wilmotte – was carried out by a regional company, namely Bouygues Bâtiment Sud-Est, following a call for tenders launched in 2018. “90% of the entrances to the building that took place for the construction and development of the campus come from the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region,” specifies the Region.
