THE CSRL BAND IS IMPUTED FOR THE KILLING OF A LAWYER

With arrest warrants completed by the authorities in state prisons, the Guanajuato Attorney General’s Office managed to get a control judge to bind alleged leaders and members of the Santa Rosa de Lima cartel to the criminal process for the murder of an Acámbaro lawyer, committed in May 2019.
José Ramón N, alias “Mamer”, José Pablo N alias “Pablito”, and Juan Refugio N alias “Barbas”, were notified in detention, given that they were already facing other criminal proceedings, and were taken before a control judge to charge them with the Beating murder committed on May 1, 2019 against a litigant from that municipality.

For the same facts, there is also the arrest of another subject identified by the State Attorney General’s Office as Emmanuel N, alias Teco, who was also in prison beforehand, subject to criminal proceedings.
According to what the state prosecutor’s office reports, they are allegedly involved in the homicide of an Acambarian lawyer who was deprived of his liberty on May 1, 2019 in front of witnesses, and was found dead the next day in the streets of the same city.

The victim was the litigant Marco N, who was meeting that May 1 with other people in a building on the corner of Río Nilo and Rosas streets, in the Loma Bonita neighborhood in Acámbaro, when at least four men broke in there, the now defendants, who addressed Marco N while threatening the rest with firearms to prevent them from interfering.
The gunmen took the lawyer with them by force, and the next day he was found dead. He had been beaten to death with an unspecified object.

According to the State Prosecutor’s Office, they are also the ones implicated in a homicide of three men and a woman, committed on May 15, 2019 in a furniture store in the same city.
It also points out that Juan Pablo N is already being processed for possession of narcotics and equivalent robbery.
